I’m Amanda Chevarie, a Realtor® + Interior Designer.. and the kind of person who gets wildly excited about floor plans, finishes, and finding “the one” (house, not soulmate — though I love a good love story too).

My real estate journey started reaaaaally young. My husband and I saved every dollar to buy our first home at just 19. Since then, we’ve been flipping, renovating, and designing our way through every property we’ve owned. You could say I’ve lived and breathed real estate — drywall dust and all.

My experience and background in interior design have shaped me into a more thoughtful, creative, and detail-driven realtor. I don’t just unlock doors — I help clients unlock potential. Whether it’s helping you see the big picture or catching the little things that make a space feel like home, I’ve got you covered.

I’m also a proud dog mom and living proof that Type 1 diabetes doesn’t slow you down — it sharpens your focus! I’ll show up for you with honest advice, creative ideas, and probably a coffee or tea in hand (or let’s be honest — a glass of Sauvignon Blanc works too).

What makes you laugh?

Honestly? Sarcastic memes of people falling, my nephews’ brutal honesty, and when someone confidently butchers a song lyric. I’m also the type to laugh mid-story before I can even finish the punchline... it’s a whole thing.

What is your favourite place you have travelled to?

St. Maarten, hands down. The beaches, the turquoise water, the food — I could’ve stayed forever. It’s the kind of place that totally resets your mindset and makes you forget what day it is (in the best way).

What is your ideal morning routine?

Slow mornings are my happy place. Coffee first (non-negotiable), a scroll through new listings, a quick dog walk, and if I’m really on my game — a second coffee. Then I’m ready to take on the day!
