Real Estate Agent David Kivell

For over three decades, David has dedicated himself as full time Realtor, engaging in a myriad of transactions ranging from new home construction to land sales, re-sale homes, and rural properties.
Throughout his career, he has consistently been recognized as a top-producing agent; most recently receiving the Directors Platinum Award from Royal LePage in 2024.

As a long standing member of The Waterloo Region Association of REALTORS®, David's involvement extends beyond transactions. He has actively contributed to the real estate community by serving on the Cambridge Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, Chairing and Co-Chairing the Bi-Law Committee, and participating in the Finance, Discipline, and Professional Standards Committees. Showcasing his ongoing commitment to the industry's integrity and growth.

Beyond the realm of real estate, David's pride and joy is his family. Alongside his wife of 35 years, Michele, they raised six wonderful children. The family has grown over the years to include a clan of 12, plus 5 beautiful grandchildren.

In addition to his professional achievements, David has taken leadership roles in the community, serving as the President of Cambridge Minor Lacrosse and actively supporting various local events, charities and community causes.

What is your favourite space in your home?

I would have to say the rear yard; I would rather be outside than indoors. So our perirenal gardens and fish pond are two of my happy places.

What business / career achievement makes you proud?

Having enjoyed over 3 decades of helping a diverse group of people. From young couples buying their first home to estate properties and everything in between.
