I’m Debbie Sefton. Some clients and friends still know me as Debbie Godbout-Sefton, but after almost 30 years of marriage, I think it’s time to be known as just Debbie Sefton.
I am so pleased to be back at Royal Lepage Crown Realty, where I had so much of my early success. I ventured off into my own Brokerage for a while, but the tools and services offered by Canada’s leading Real Estate Company just can’t be beat.
Of course, I offer the same professional, personal and hands on service I always have to the Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph areas.
I’ve been fortunate enough to be an Award-winning Real Estate Agent my entire 36-year career. Achieving the Diamond Award in 2022 (top 3% across the Canada of all 20,000 RLP Agents)
In addition to spending time with my family and creating a healthy environment through natural health and wellness, building one-on-one relationships with my clients, is what I enjoy most in life.
I love helping my clients find homes where they will be able to create memories that will last a lifetime. I always listen to their needs, whether they’re the buyer or the seller.
At this stage in of my career, I enjoy the luxury of repeat and referral business, and I’m grateful to be the “Agent of Choice” for so many of my clients. With that said, I also love meeting new people and finding them a home that suits their needs.
