I graduated with honours from Redeemer University College in 2006 with a double major in Social Work/Sociology and English Literature. Taking two years off to travel, I began working as a sales representative in new construction. After two years spent in condominium sales, and having designed and built an environmentally conscious home on a city in-fill lot, I decided to follow in the footsteps of my grandfather Steve Montague, and my mum and dad Lisa and Scott Hube and become fully licensed as a Realtor® with the Cambridge Association of Realtors in the spring of 2010. In my first full year, I earned the Rookie of the Year Award within the Prudential Cambridge brokerage for 2011. I am extremely focused on detail and passionate about helping others in finding their dream home, property, or fixer-upper project! With the warmth of a family business, you can expect friendly and prompt responses and the knowledge of three generations of Realtors® behind me, as a part of The Hube Team -- Royal LePage® Executive Circle and Top 2% in Canada Award recipients (2023)!
What is the best thing about waking up in the morning?
Espresso!
What business / career achievement makes you proud?
A client of mine once gave me a budget and sent me house hunting. They were out of province, and it was mid-Covid so travel was complicated. When I found, "the one," I tried to video call them from the property to show them and there was no reception. The first time they visited the house, was when it was time to move in! (It's a good ending -- they were thrilled and it backs onto a waterfall! Hard to fault :) ).
What did you do before real estate?
I worked in adoption at Family and Children's Services before joining my family business of real estate -- I'm third generation in this business.
