Matthew began his real estate career in 2008, earning the Rookie of the Year Award within his brokerage, assisting buyers and sellers while working with The Hube Team, comprised of his parents, Scott and Lisa Hube, and his sister Jessica Montague March.

As a third generation realtor within his family, Matthew grew up around the business, watching from a young age as his grandfather, both parents, as well as aunts and uncles, built successful careers in the Cambridge real estate market.

In 2014 Matthew took time away from real estate, while he and his wife Kat travelled extensively throughout North America, created and operated a house cleaning business which they sold in 2020, and even built a tiny house on wheels, with their bare hands and a whole lot of love - a place they called home for three years before converting it to a successful AirBnB rental.

Spending most of his life in West Galt, Matthew and Kat made the short move to Hespeler last year, finding a new home for themselves and their two daughters right in the heart of Hespeler Village.

Matthew returned to both real estate and his former brokerage, Royal LePage Crown Realty, in 2020, excited to be back and doing what comes naturally - helping clients find the homes of their dreams!

After Matthew's first full year back in real estate, he was awarded the 2022 Royal LePage Director's Platinum Award, representing the top 5% of the 20,000 Royal LePage Realtors across Canada and also the Rookie of the Year Award within his brokerage!
